Job summary

Qualifications

  • Previous nursing experience.
  • A valid NMC PIN.
  • Compassion, empathy and a genuine passion for supporting others.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work independently and in a team.
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to prioritise tasks.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver person-centred care and support to our residents.
  • Ensure the ongoing health, wellbeing, and safety of residents.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of clinical developments and best practice.
  • Safely manage, administer, and record medication, including controlled drugs and oxygen, in line with NMC requirements and company procedures.
  • Understand and follow Safeguarding Vulnerable Adults policies and procedures, reporting concerns appropriately.
  • Accurately maintain resident records using Nourish electronic care planning system.
  • Work collaboratively as part of a supportive multidisciplinary team.
  • Demonstrate positive caring values in all aspects of practice.
  • Undertake additional duties as required to support excellent service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Pay: £23 per hour
  • Part-time permanent contract available.
  • Night shifts: 8pm - 8am.
  • 12 hours per week, including weekends (bank opportunities also available).
