Job summary

Aurem Care is seeking a Registered Nurse for night shifts at The Red House, Ashtead. You will deliver high-quality clinical care, monitor residents, administer medications, and work within a supportive multidisciplinary team to ensure residents feel safe, valued, and at home.

The role offers a full-time permanent contract, 36 hours per week, weekend work, and benefits including DBS check, pension, and access to training. Applicants must hold a valid NMC PIN and have nursing experience.

Responsibilities

• Safely manage, administer, and record medication, including controlled drugs and oxygen, per NMC and procedures.
• Follow Safeguarding Vulnerable Adults policies and report concerns.
• Maintain resident records using Nourish system.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team.
• Demonstrate positive caring values in practice.
• Undertake additional duties to support service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver person-centred care and support to our residents.
• Ensure the ongoing health, wellbeing, and safety of residents.

• Safely manage, administer, and record medication, including controlled drugs and oxygen, in line with NMC requirements and company procedures.
• Understand and follow Safeguarding Vulnerable Adults policies and procedures, reporting concerns appropriately.
• Accurately maintain resident records using our electronic care planning system, Nourish.
• Work collaboratively as part of a supportive multidisciplinary team.
• Demonstrate positive caring values in all aspects of practice.
• Undertake additional duties as required to support excellent service delivery.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Previous nursing experience.
