Job summary

Springcare Ltd is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our Nottingham team. You will deliver high quality care, maintain meticulous records, and work within a compassionate, patient-centered environment.

We provide 24-hour care with day and night shift patterns. Successful applicants will have NMC pin, care experience, and the ability to lead a small team while maintaining safety and dignity for residents.

Qualifications

• Must have excellent care planning and clinical skills.
• Show sensitivity, understanding and a desire to help others.
• Good knowledge of National Standards and NMC Codes of practice.
• Hold a current and active NMC pin number.
• Ability to carry out basic computer or handheld device tasks.
• Experience in leading, motivating and managing staff.
• Previous experience within a care-setting.

Responsibilities

• Taking temperatures and blood pressures.
• Administering medication and applying dressings.
• Monitoring residents and updating care plan records.
• Leading handover information to colleagues at the end of a shift.
• Communicating with other healthcare professionals.

Just some of the daily tasks that a Registered Nurse with Springcare may carry out could be:

Our care team provide 24-hour care, where day care shifts are worked from 8am until 8pm, and night-time shifts are from 8pm until 8am.

Typical Shift patterns for Night Shift Contracts

• 8pm until 8am
• Covering week days and Weekends
