Job summary

Springcare Ltd is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our team, delivering compassionate, high‑quality care to residents while upholding our six core values. You will monitor health needs, administer medications, and contribute to care plans.

We offer 24‑hour care, day or night contracts, CPD support and funded training, plus a work pension. DBS checks, references and proof of right to work in the UK are required.

Qualifications

• Demonstrate excellent care planning and clinical skills.
• Show sensitivity and a desire to help others
• A good knowledge of National Standards and the NMC Codes of practise
• Hold a current and active NMC pin number
• Be able to carry out basic tasks on a computer or handheld device
• Have experience of leading, motivating & managing staff
• Previous experience within a care-setting

Just some of the daily tasks that a Registered Nurse with Springcare may carry out could be:

Our care team provide 24-hour care, where day care shifts are worked from 8am until 8pm, and night-time shifts are from 8pm until 8am.

Typical Shift patterns for Day or Night Contracts

Days Shift Contracts

• 8am until 8pm
• 8am until 2pm
• 2pm until 8pm

Night Shift Contracts

• 8pm until 8am
