Job summary

Springcare Ltd is seeking a Registered Nurse to join their team in Hereford. You will deliver high-quality care to residents in a compassionate and respectful manner, building trusting relationships and adhering to NMC standards.

The role emphasises collaboration with colleagues and other healthcare professionals to ensure safe, effective care. The position offers permanent full-time and part-time day or night contracts with pension access, early wage draw, and supportive CPD opportunities

Qualifications

• Demonstrate excellent care planning and clinical skills.
• Show sensitivity, understanding and a desire to help others
• A good knowledge of National Standards and a commitment to adhering to the NMC Codes of practise
• Hold a current and active NMC pin number
• Be able to carry out basic tasks on a computer or handheld device
• Have experience of leading, motivating & managing staff
• Previous experience within a care-setting
