Job Summary
Sherwood Forest Hospitals have an exciting Band 5 opportunity for enthusiastic and highly motivated Registered Nurse or Midwife to join the Neonatal Transitional Care Team (NTC).
We have 6 Transitional Care Cots on the midwifery ward for infants who meet the BAPM 2017 criteria for NTC. The aim of this service is to deliver neonatal care at the mother's bedside, preventing separation where possible. Working collaboratively with the midwifery team and the neonatal team, we can ensure care is delivered for both mother and baby in the appropriate location.
We are looking for experienced registered nurse (adult or children) and/or midwife who is able to work flexibly over a 24-hour period, eager to develop their skills, expertise and keen to join a friendly, enthusiastic and supportive nursing team.
