Hospitals on Incredible Health are actively hiring and accepting applications in the Winchester, MA area for this position. Nurses with experience in areas such as Cardiac patients, Couplet care, EKG monitoring, Educator roles, Fundal massage, Healing, Neuro patients, Oncology patients, Orthopedic patients, Ostomy care, PCA pumps, Traction & cast care, Tube feeding management, or Wound & drain care are strongly encouraged to apply.

Shift(s) available: day shift, night shift, and mid shift.

Job types available: full time, part time, and per diem.

Qualifications:

• Associate’s Degree (ADN) or higher in nursing.
• Active and unencumbered Registered Nurse license.
• At least 1 year of nursing experience, preferably in a medical-surgical or similar setting.
• BLS certification from the American Heart Association.
• Strong clinical skills in assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation of patient care.
• Proficiency in electronic medical record systems.

Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to a diverse patient population, including those with acute and chronic conditions.
• Administer medications, monitor vital signs, and implement treatment plans as directed by physicians.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure high-quality care and discharge planning.
• Educate patients and families on disease management and post-discharge care.
• Document all patient care activities accurately and in compliance with policies.

Salary range: $75,000 to $150,000 per year.
