Job summary

Find Medic in the United Kingdom is seeking a dedicated Staff Nurse (RGN or RMN) to deliver high-quality care to elderly residents in our nursing home. The ideal candidate holds NMC registration, has 1–2 years of relevant experience, and demonstrates excellent communication and teamwork.

Qualifications

• NMC registration as an RGN or RMN.
• Minimum of 1–2 years' experience in a nursing home or similar environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care and support to residents, including administering medication and communicating with healthcare professionals as needed.
• Conduct assessments and develop personalized care plans for each resident.
• Supervise and manage care assistants and other nursing staff to provide the best possible care to residents.
• Adhere to policies and procedures to provide person-centered care.
• Keep accurate records and update care plans as needed.
• Manage any emergencies or situations that may arise during your shift.
