Floryn House Care Home in Yarnton, Oxfordshire, is seeking a Registered Nurse (RGN or RMN) to provide clinically led care across shifts, maintain safe practice, and support the care team.

You will assess needs, develop care plans, administer medications, document changes, and contribute to a compassionate, person-centred service while advancing into Senior or Leadership roles. Alternate weekends required.

Formación

• Registered Nurse with RGN or RMN and active NMC PIN.
• Strong clinical judgement and decision making.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver high quality, clinically led care across shifts.
• Assess needs and develop and review care plans.
• Administer medication and monitor health status.
• Lead shifts and support the care team.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure continuity of care.
