Job summary
Market Lavington Care Home is seeking a Registered Nurse (RGN or RMN) to deliver clinically led, person-centred care across shifts in Wiltshire, near Devizes. You will assess needs, manage medications and lead a care team to ensure safety and dignity for residents.

Qualifications
- Registered Nurse with an active NMC PIN (RGN or RMN).
- Strong clinical judgement and decision making.
- Confidence in leading shifts and supporting a team.
- Good communication and leadership skills.
- Experience in a care home setting is beneficial, but applicants from other backgrounds are welcome.
Responsibilities
- Assess needs and develop/review care plans.
- Administer medication and monitor health changes.
