Job summary

Lakelands Lodge Care Home in Fleetwood is recruiting a Registered Nurse (RGN or RMN) with an active NMC PIN to join our clinically led team. The role focuses on safe, person-centred care across each shift, leading the team when on duty.

You will assess needs, review care plans, administer medications and monitor health, ensuring high standards while supporting residents and their families. Shifts available Sundays and Mondays.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with active NMC PIN (RGN or RMN).
• Strong clinical judgement and decision making.
• Ability to lead shifts and support a team.
• Good communication and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Assess needs, develop and review care plans, administer medication.
• Lead shifts, guide the care team and make clinical decisions.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure high standards of care.
• Promote dignity, independence and wellbeing for residents.
