Beaumont Manor Care Home is seeking a Registered Nurse (RGN or RMN) to join our seaside, privately funded, 70-bed facility in Frinton-on-Sea. You will deliver clinically led care, assess needs, develop and review care plans, administer medications and lead shifts to ensure safe, person-centred practice.

We offer ongoing training, funded development, DBS paid, pension and uniform provided, with clear progression into Senior, Clinical Lead and Management roles within a professional environment

Qualifikationen

• Active NMC PIN required
• Strong clinical judgement and decision making
• Experience leading shifts and supporting a team
• Good communication and leadership skills

Aufgaben

• Lead shifts and supervise care team to ensure high-quality, clinically led care
• Assess residents' needs and develop and review care plans
• Administer medications and monitor health changes
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure continuity of care
• Collaborate with residents, families and healthcare professionals to uphold standards
