Beaumont Manor Care Home in Frinton-on-Sea invites applications for a Registered Nurse (RGN or RMN). You will lead shifts, deliver clinically led care, assess needs and manage care plans, including medication administration, while maintaining safety and high standards for residents.

You will work as part of a professional team in a private care home setting, supported by ongoing training and clear progression paths into senior roles within Care Concern Group.

Qualifications

• Active NMC PIN required.
• Strong clinical judgement and decision making.
• Experience leading shifts and supporting a care team.

Responsabilités

• Deliver high-quality, clinically led care across shifts.
• Assess needs, develop and review care plans, administer meds.
• Lead the care team, make timely clinical decisions and document care.
• Ensure continuity and dignity in resident wellbeing and safety.
