Maples Care Home in Bexleyheath is seeking a Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN) with an active NMC PIN to join our clinical team. You will lead shifts, assess needs, develop care plans and administer medication, delivering high-quality, person-centred care across your shifts.

Qualificações

• Registered Nurse RGN or RMN with an active NMC PIN.
• Strong clinical judgement and decision making skills.
• Confidence in leading shifts and supporting a team.
• Good communication and leadership skills.

Responsabilidades

• Assess needs of residents and develop and review care plans.
• Administer medications and monitor health changes.
• Lead shifts and guide the care team to maintain standards.
• Ensure accurate documentation and continuity of care.
