Registered Nurse - Intensive Care Unit - 36hr Days

Winchester Hospital is a 5x Magnet designated, top Massachusetts-recognized 223-bed regional hospital, leading provider of comprehensive healthcare services in the northwest suburban Boston area.

As a Registered Nurse in our ICU team, your responsibilities include:

  1. Completing assessments, administering medications/treatments, observing patient progress, and evaluating therapies for clinical outcomes and effectiveness.
  2. Collaborating with physicians and other medical professionals to develop optimal healthcare strategies for each patient.
  3. Supporting and educating patients and their loved ones to achieve maximum outcomes.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of a state-approved and/or accredited RN program required; BSN preferred.
  • Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in Massachusetts.
  • Work experience in a unit-specific specialty is preferred.

Schedule: Three 12-hour shifts, including weekend and holiday rotations.
