Job Description

Under the mission to provide all patients a voice while delivering community hospital compassion with high-quality personalized care, as an RN for our ICU team, you will be responsible for:

  1. Completing assessments, administering medications/treatments, observing patient progress, and evaluating therapies for clinical outcomes and effectiveness.
  2. Collaborating with physicians and other medical professionals to develop optimal healthcare strategies for each patient.
  3. Supporting and educating patients and their loved ones to achieve maximum outcomes.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) or obtaining a BSN within 5 years of hire.
  • Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
  • Work experience in unit-specific specialty preferred.
Schedule and Additional Information

Schedule: Two 12-hour shifts, including weekend and holiday rotation.

All staff must be vaccinated against influenza and COVID-19 as a condition of employment.
