What We Are Looking For We are seeking nurses who: Are NMC Registered Nurses with post-preceptorship experience. Have an interest in community nursing, wound healing and lower limb management. Are passionate about delivering evidence-based care that improves patient outcomes and quality of life. Demonstrate excellent clinical assessment and decision-making skills. Have effective communication and caseload management skills. Are able to work autonomously whilst contributing positively to a multidisciplinary team. Are committed to continual professional development and competency development. Can adapt to the changing needs of a diverse community caseload. Hold a full UK driving licence and have access to a vehicle. Desirable Experience Experience within community nursing, wound care or lower limb services. Knowledge of wound assessment, treatment planning and dressing selection. Understanding of compression therapy and lower limb assessment. Experience managing patients with long-term conditions and complex healthcare needs. Experience working collaboratively across multidisciplinary services. This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop enhanced knowledge and competencies in wound healing and lower limb management whilst maintaining the breadth and variety of community nursing practice. The group is currently trialling a new Integrated Neighbourhood Team (INT) model following a collaborative event with internal and external stakeholders. This pilot aims to explore team structures and assess the impact on patient experience. While no formal redesign has taken place yet, the outcomes of this trial may inform future service delivery and team configuration across the group. If you are successful in your application, please be aware that your team structure and line management may be subject to change in the future as part of this evolving model. However, any formal changes will be preceded by appropriate consultation in line with organisational policy.
