Job summary

Circle Health Group's Bath Clinic is recruiting a Registered Nurse (Adult) to join the Inpatients/Day Case team on a bank basis in Bath. This role is offered as bank shifts with cover during busy periods and annual leave, providing flexible, as-and-when-required staffing.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse (Adult) with valid NMC registration.
• Experience in a clinical healthcare setting.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in IT systems used for patient records and care planning.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct nursing care in line with patient care plans and clinical protocols.
• Assess patient needs, prioritise care, and update care plans accordingly.
• Monitor vital signs, recognise changes in condition, and escalate appropriately.
• Administer medications safely and effectively in accordance with hospital policies and the NMC Code.
• Maintain accurate, legible, and timely nursing documentation.
