Circle Reading Hospital in Reading is seeking a Registered Nurse (Adult) to join its day case bank pool. You will deliver direct nursing care, assess patient needs, monitor vital signs and administer medications as per protocols, supporting staffing during busy periods and covering leave.

This role requires valid NMC registration, strong communication, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Formación

• Registered Nurse (Adult) with valid NMC registration.
• Demonstrable experience in a clinical healthcare setting.
• Strong understanding of clinical governance and patient safety.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Proficient use of IT systems for patient records and care planning.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver direct nursing care in line with patient care plans and clinical protocols.
• Assess patient needs, prioritise care, and update care plans accordingly.
• Monitor vital signs, recognise changes in condition, and escalate as needed.
• Administer medications safely according to hospital policies and the NMC Code.
• Maintain accurate, timely nursing documentation including assessments and observations.
• Ensure care complies with NMC standards and hospital policies.
• Identify and report incidents and safeguarding concerns in line with procedures.
