Job summary

Prospect Hospice in Wroughton is seeking a Registered Nurse for our Inpatient Unit to deliver compassionate, evidence-based palliative and end-of-life care. You will work within a multidisciplinary team to support patients and families, with a focus on dignified, person-centred care across day and night shifts.

We welcome experienced nurses and those new to palliative care, offering comprehensive induction and ongoing specialist development.

Qualifications

• Current UK NMC registration is required.
• Experience in palliative, hospice, oncology or complex care is desirable.
• Commitment to compassionate, patient-centred care and ongoing professional development.
