Agincare is seeking a Registered Nurse for a care home in Gloucestershire. The role is bank/zero-hour, with flexibility to cover days, nights and weekends. You will motivate and mentor a team of care staff to ensure high-quality, safe nursing care for residents.

The ideal candidate will have a valid NMC pin, at least 12 months' right to work in the UK and evidence of CPD. Experience in a care home setting is preferred and training opportunities up to QCF level 5 may be available.

Qualificações

• Evidence of recent CPD (continuing professional development).
• Experience in a care home setting preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Assisting residents with personal care in accordance with individual care plans.
• Liaising with care home management, family members, social workers, medical professionals and residents to meet requirements and adapt to changes in care needs.
• Administering and recording medication safely in line with policy.
• Monitoring resident nutrition and hydration and updating plans as required.
• Monitoring risks around pressure wounds and toilet output.
• Participating in and promoting resident activities.
