Job summary

Maria Mallaband Care Group is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN) for our Nursing Home. You will lead shifts, oversee medication administration, and develop personalised care plans for residents with dementia and complex needs.

This role offers flexible shifts within a supportive, clinical leadership environment. You will mentor junior colleagues, liaise with GPs and MDTs, and ensure high standards of safeguarding, infection control and governance.

Qualifications

• Nursing qualification recognised by the UK NMC.
• Valid NMC PIN (RGN/RMN/RNLD) is essential.
• Right to Work in the UK; MMCG does not sponsor visas.

Responsibilities

• Medication administration, documentation and care planning.
• Leading shifts as Nurse in Charge and ensuring safe staffing.
• Liaising with GPs, external professionals and MDT members.
• Mentoring junior staff and promoting safe practice.
• Supporting residents with dementia and complex needs.
