Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with valid NMC pin.
• Experience delivering resident-focused care in a care home setting.
• Ability to coach and guide care staff and meet clinical standards.

Responsibilities

• Take responsibility for residents' physical, emotional and social needs.
• Coach and guide the care team through teaching and mentoring.
• Develop, implement and evaluate individualised care plans for residents.
• Monitor safety and compliance with policies and regulations.
