Job summary

Bupa is hiring a Registered Nurse on a bank/part-time basis for Staplehurst Manor Care Home, Tonbridge area. The role offers an hourly rate of £18.45 on bank shifts, with DBS process and full nursing responsibilities in a supportive, patient-centered environment.

You will lead clinical care, supervise staff, and ensure high standards of safety, quality care, and regulatory compliance in daily activities at the home.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with a valid NMC pin and current registration.
• Experience in managing a care unit and clinical duties in a home.
• Ability to provide clinical guidance to care teams and hand over issues clearly.

Responsibilities

• Taking responsibility for the well-being of residents, meeting physical, emotional and social needs.
• Coaching and guiding the team, providing teaching programmes for colleagues.
• Carrying out assessments and developing individualised care plans for residents.
• Monitoring work areas to ensure safety and compliance with standards.
