Bupa Stamford Care Home is seeking a Registered Nurse to join as Bank staff at Stamford Care Home. You will provide compassionate clinical care, manage medications, and develop care plans while supporting the care team and maintaining high standards.

Successful applicants will have an active NMC pin, enjoy training opportunities, and work flexible shifts including 8am–8pm or 8pm–8am on a bank contract.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with a valid NMC pin and clinical duties in the home.
• Ability to supervise and guide the care team and deliver best practice.

Responsibilities

• Take responsibility for residents' physical, emotional, and social needs.
• Coach and guide the team, delivering teaching programmes for colleagues.
• Assess and develop individualised care plans and evaluate outcomes.
• Monitor areas and practices to ensure safety and compliance with standards.
