Prime Life invites passionate care professionals to join our team as a Registered Nurse at Birch Green, Skelmersdale. A current NMC pin is essential, and you will provide dignified support to residents with a range of physical, age-related, and mental health needs.

We offer regular set shifts across a 7-day week, comprehensive training and revalidation support, career progression opportunities, and DBS clearance provided.

Competenze

• Current NMC pin is essential.
• Post-qualification experience in a clinical setting preferred.

Mansioni

• Complete nursing notes accurately.
• Assist in safe medication ordering, custody, storing and administration.
• Ensure Care Plans and records are up-to-date and evaluated.
• Visit clients daily to assess needs and improve care.
• Comply with NMC code of conduct at all times.
• Respect residents' dignity and independence regardless of condition.
• Participate in daily handovers and meetings.
