St Monica Trust, a Bristol-based charity with over a century of commitment to older people, is seeking a Registered Nurse. You will deliver high-quality, person-centred care, promoting dignity and independence while coordinating with a multidisciplinary team.

You will lead on clinical care, be part of a supportive environment and have opportunities to build meaningful relationships with residents and families, contributing to quality of life.

Formación

• Qualified and NMC Registered Nurse (adult level 1)
• Experience of working with older people, those with a disability, and/or dementia
• Experience of writing and reviewing care plans
• Experience of clinical audits and risk assessments
• Knowledge of health and safety, moving and handling and infection control

Responsabilidades

• Deliver clinical nursing care through assessing and monitoring residents’ needs and administering medication
• Role model and advocate holistic care with the care home team
• Lead admissions/discharges, complex clinical care and medical emergencies
• Maintain accurate records of care plans, audits, incidents and health changes
• Build relationships with GPs, pharmacists, residents and families
• Lead on ensuring standards align with regulations and policies
