Qualifications

• Must hold a current NMC pin and be registered as a nurse.
• Post-registration experience and ongoing professional development (CPD) evidence.
• understanding of regulatory frameworks governing nursing care.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the care team on shift to ensure high nursing standards.
• Deliver, monitor and re-evaluate residents' care needs in partnership with residents and families.
• Liaise with GPs, hospitals and external agencies to coordinate care.
