Job summary

Hazelbrook Care Home in Leicester is seeking a Registered Nurse to deliver high quality, person-centred nursing care for residents with advanced dementia, complex nursing needs and mental health conditions. You will assess residents, develop personalised care plans and ensure safe medication administration.

You will provide clinical leadership during shifts, work closely with the care team, and support a calm, therapeutic environment focused on dignity, wellbeing and quality of life.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with a valid NMC PIN.
• Experience or confidence in dementia and complex nursing care.
• Strong clinical knowledge including medication management and care planning.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Compassionate, professional and resident-focused approach.

Responsibilities

• Assess residents' clinical needs and develop personalised care plans.
• Ensure safe medication administration and monitor health changes.
• Provide clinical leadership during shifts and guide best practice.
• Support delivery of specialist care for residents with dementia and mental health needs.
