Hazelbrook Care Home in Leicester is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our newly commissioned team delivering high-quality, person-centred nursing care for residents with advanced dementia and complex needs.
You will assess clinical needs, develop and review care plans, oversee safe medication administration, and provide clinical leadership to the care team in a calm, supportive environment.
Hazelbrook Care Home is a modern, purpose built commissioning care home located in Leicester. The home offers specialist and complex care for up to 80 residents across four 20 bed bungalow style households. Designed to support calm, therapeutic living, the home provides high quality care for people living with advanced dementia, complex nursing needs and mental health conditions in a safe and supportive environment focused on dignity, wellbeing and person centred care.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a commissioning care home and help shape a strong clinical culture from the very beginning. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a key role in delivering high quality, person centred nursing care to residents living with advanced dementia, complex nursing needs and mental health conditions.
You will be responsible for assessing residents’ clinical needs, developing and reviewing personalised care plans, and ensuring safe medication administration while monitoring changes in residents’ physical and mental health. Working closely with the wider care team and healthcare professionals, you will support the delivery of specialist care that promotes dignity, comfort and quality of life.
You will also provide clinical leadership during your shift, supporting colleagues, guiding best practice and ensuring residents receive safe, compassionate and responsive care within a calm and therapeutic environment.
