Job summary

Immacolata House Dementia Nursing Home in Langport is seeking a Registered Nurse (RGN or RMN) with an active NMC PIN to lead shifts, administer medications and deliver clinically-led, person-centred care for residents. This 36-hour-per-week role includes alternate weekends and a supportive, professional environment where skills are recognised and developed.

You will work closely with residents, families and the care team to maintain high standards, accurate documentation and compassionate care

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with active NMC PIN (RGN or RMN).
• Strong clinical judgement and ability to lead shifts.
• Good communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts and supervise care team to ensure high standards.
• Administer medications and review care plans.
• Assess needs, document accurately, and respond to changes in residents’ health.
• Support residents, families and multi-disciplinary teams to maintain dignity and wellbeing.
