Job summary

Care Supervisor role at Immacolata House Dementia Nursing Home in Langport, part of Care Concern Group. The selected candidate will lead the care team, coordinate shifts and ensure safe, compassionate, person-centred care for residents with complex needs.

Working weekends on an alternating basis, the role requires NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care or willingness to work towards it, plus previous senior care experience and strong communication skills.
