Job summary

Prime Life are seeking a Registered Nurse to join our friendly team at Phoenix Park Care Village in Scunthorpe. A current NMC pin is essential. The role offers 38.5 hours per week with a 7-day working pattern and a range of benefits for ongoing professional development and support.

Responsibilities include accurate nursing notes, medication administration, care plan upkeep, and daily client assessments, while upholding the NMC code and dignity of residents.

Qualifications

Valid Nursing Pin is essential.
Post-qualification clinical experience preferred.
Patient-centred care approach and respectful attitude.

Responsibilities

Complete nursing notes accurately.
Assist in ordering, custody, storage and administration of medications.
Ensure Care Plans and records are up to date and evaluated.
Visit each client daily to assess needs and improve care.
Comply with NMC code of conduct at all times.
Lead daily handover with care staff and nurses.
Attend daily meetings and share information.
Perform other reasonable duties as requested by management.
