This bank role involves supporting residents with age-related and complex health needs across three buildings, delivering dignified, person-centred care. You will complete nursing notes, assist with medication management, and contribute to up-to-date care plans.

Qualifications

• Current NMC pin is essential.
• Post-qualification clinical experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Complete nursing notes accurately.
• Assist in ordering, custody, storing and administration of all medications.
• Ensure care plans and records are up to date and evaluated.
• Visit each client daily to assess needs and improve care.
• Ensure adherence to NMC code of conduct.
• Respect client dignity and independence.
