Prime Life is seeking a passionate Registered Nurse for Rutland Care Village in Oakham, Leicestershire. You will support residents with age-related health needs, disabilities, and dementia, ensuring dignified care and daily independence.

The role requires an active NMC pin and post-qualification experience in a clinical setting. An empathetic, patient, and respectful attitude toward residents is essential for delivering high-quality care.

Formación

• Current NMC pin required.
• Experience in clinical setting is preferred.
• Ability to provide dignified support to residents.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain accurate nursing notes.
• Assist in medication ordering, custody, storage and administration.
• Ensure Care Plans are updated and accurate.
• Visit clients daily to assess needs and improve care.
• Comply with NMC code of conduct.
• Respect residents' dignity and independence.
• Lead daily handovers with care staff and nurses.
• Attend daily meetings and share information.
