Job summary

Richmond Villages Witney Care Home is seeking a Registered Nurse to deliver high-quality clinical care and lead the unit alongside the care team. The role involves driving clinical standards, supporting residents’ physical, emotional and social needs, and ensuring policies meet CQC requirements.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with a valid NMC pin and commitment to the NMC Code.

• Ability to coach and train colleagues and care professionals.

Responsibilities

• Take responsibility for residents' well-being and meet physical, emotional, and social needs.
• Coach and guide the team with formal and informal training programs.
• Carry out assessments and develop, implement, and evaluate care plans.
• Monitor areas to ensure safety and compliance with standards and legislation.
