Job summary

The Lindsay Bupa Care Home in Poole is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide high-quality, person-centred care. You will join a dedicated team at The Lindsay, delivering clinical excellence and compassionate support to residents.

As a trusted nurse with an NMC pin, you will lead care activities, assist with care plans, and ensure safe, compliant practice while promoting residents’ independence and wellbeing. Training on digital care tools is provided.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with a valid NMC pin.
• Experience delivering person-centred care.
• Ability to lead and guide care teams.
• Strong communication and handover skills.
• Comfort with night shifts if required.

Responsibilities

• Take responsibility for the well-being of residents and ensure their physical, emotional and social needs are met.
• Coach and guide the team, delivering teaching programmes for colleagues.
• Carry out assessments and develop, implement and evaluate individualised care plans.
• Monitor work areas to ensure safety and compliance with standards and regulations.
