Job summary

Riverside CourtCare Home, part of Harbour Healthcare Ltd, invites applications for a Registered Nurse to provide high-quality, person-centred care to residents in a supportive and family-like environment.

You will assess needs, develop care plans and administer medications in line with NMC guidelines, while collaborating with families and a multidisciplinary team. We offer flexibility and opportunities for professional development within a growing nationwide group.
