Job summary

Harbour Healthcare Ltd at Brockwell Court Care Home is seeking an NMC-registered nurse to deliver high-quality, person-centred care. You will plan, assess and review care plans, safely administer medications, and collaborate with families and multi-disciplinary teams to ensure dignity and quality of life for residents.

• NMC Registered Nurse with current registration.
