Dame Hannah Rogers Trust is seeking a motivated Registered Nurse to join our core nursing team, delivering high-quality care to 30–40 residential and day-service young adults with complex physical and learning disabilities.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with current registration and eligibility to work in the UK.
• Experience caring for young adults with complex health needs is desirable.
• Able to practice in a person-centred manner with accurate written and verbal communication.
• Reliable, flexible and able to use observation and assessment skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent nursing care to a group of 30–40 residential and day service young adults with complex needs.
• Communicate effectively and accurately, both written and verbally.
• Maintain observation and assessment records to support clinical decisions.
• Work as part of the core nursing team and contribute to safeguarding and welfare.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated, Registered Nurse to join our dedicated core nursing team, in providing excellent nursing care to our group of 30 – 40 residential and young adults who attend our day service provision. We support young adults with various complex physical and learning disability needs.

Our services are regulated by The Care Quality Commission (CQC) and hold an inspection award rating of “Good” with “Outstanding” in some key areas.

THE ROLE & SKILLS NEEDED:

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated, Registered Nurse to join our dedicated core nursing team, in providing excellent nursing care to our group of 30 – 40 residential and day service young adults with various complex physical and learning disability needs.

A working background and experience in caring for young adults with complex health needs is desirable. We are looking for a Nurse who practices in a Person Centred care approach and has the ability to communicate effectively and accurately (Both written and verbally). You will be reliable, flexible, have a good understanding of clinical terms and the use of effective observation and assessment skills.

PAY:

Probation - £21.34 per hour for all contracted hours

Post probation - £22.46 per hour for all contracted hours

£25.84 per hour for overtime worked above 37.5 hours in a week
