Dame Hannah Rogers Trust is seeking a motivated Registered Nurse to join our core nursing team, delivering high-quality care to 30–40 residential and day-service young adults with complex physical and learning disabilities.

This role requires person-centred care, reliable communication, and strong observation/assessment skills. We value flexibility and professionalism, with opportunities for training and career development within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with current registration and eligibility to work in the UK.
• Experience caring for young adults with complex health needs is desirable.
• Able to practice in a person-centred manner with accurate written and verbal communication.
• Reliable, flexible and able to use observation and assessment skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent nursing care to a group of 30–40 residential and day service young adults with complex needs.
• Communicate effectively and accurately, both written and verbally.
• Maintain observation and assessment records to support clinical decisions.
• Work as part of the core nursing team and contribute to safeguarding and welfare.
