The role requires strong clinical nursing skills, leadership as Nurse in Charge on shifts, and a commitment to safeguarding and person-centred values. Excellent supervision and learning opportunities are provided.

Qualifications

• First-level nursing registration with an NMC PIN is essential.
• Registered Nurse from any background (Adult, Mental Health, Learning Disability).
• Capable of coaching and supporting colleagues in challenging situations.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan and provide person-centred nursing care.
• Safe administration of medication.
• Promote health and wellbeing of those supported.
• Be the Nurse in Charge of a small unit on shift.
• Manage situations when behaviours of concern arise.

About the role

This is a highly skilled nursing role where youll be accountable and responsible for supporting peoples holistic needs. Day-to-day responsibilities
