Job summary

Bupa UK is seeking a Registered Nurse for Heathbrook House in Bromsgrove. The role involves caring for residents across day and night shifts, with alternative weekend work and 8am–8pm hours. A welcome bonus is available and hourly pay ranges based on experience.

You will work as part of a skilled team to deliver person‑centred care, support residents’ independence and coordinate with family and health professionals. Training on digital care tools will be provided.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with a valid NMC pin.
• Experience delivering person-centred care to residents, including dementia/mental health backgrounds preferred.
• Willingness to be trained on digital care platforms and stay updated on clinical practice.

Responsibilities

• Take responsibility for residents' physical, emotional and social needs.
• Coach and guide the care team with formal and informal teaching.
• Develop, implement and evaluate individualised care plans for residents.
• Monitor work areas to ensure safety and compliance with standards.
