• Registered Nurse with a valid NMC pin and capable of managing unit operations in a home.
• Ability to oversee care, medication administration, and care plan reviews.
• Provide clinical guidance to the care team and deliver best practice.
• Demonstrate high clinical standards and compliance with policies.

Responsibilities

• Take responsibility for residents' wellbeing and meet physical, emotional and social needs.
• Coach and guide the team; deliver teaching programmes for colleagues.
• Assess, develop, implement and evaluate individualised care plans.
• Monitor safety and ensure compliance with standards and legislation.
