BUPA is seeking a Registered Nurse (Days) at St Mary's Care Home in Luton. The role involves managing the unit, administering and ordering medications, and providing clinical guidance to the team to deliver high-quality, person-centred care.

You will work 3x12 hour day shifts per week (36 hours total) with paid breaks and a £1000 welcome bonus. Applicants must hold an NMC pin and be committed to safety and compassionate care.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with a valid NMC pin and current nursing registration.
• Experience delivering person-centred care and maintaining clinical standards.
• Strong communication and teaching skills to support the care team.

Responsibilities

• Take responsibility for residents' physical, emotional and social needs.
• Coach and guide the team; deliver formal and informal teaching for colleagues.
• Assess, develop and evaluate individualised care plans for residents.
• Monitor practices to ensure safety and compliance with standards and legislation.
