Job summary

Bupa UK is seeking a Registered Nurse for the St Mary's Care Home in Luton to cover 36 hours weekly on three 12‑hour day shifts. You’ll focus on clinical excellence, care planning and resident wellbeing.

You must hold a valid NMC pin and demonstrate strong clinical standards, with the ability to guide the care team and ensure high-quality handovers. A welcoming bonus is provided as part of the package.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with a valid NMC pin and current practice status.
• Experience maintaining high clinical standards and following policies.

Responsibilities

• Take responsibility for residents' wellbeing and meet physical, emotional and social needs.
• Coach and guide the care team, delivering teaching and supporting colleagues.
• Develop, implement and evaluate individualised care plans for residents.
• Monitor areas and practices to ensure safety and regulatory compliance.
