St Mary's Care Home in Luton is seeking a Registered Nurse (Days) to join our team. You will be responsible for managing the unit alongside clinical duties, administering medications, and delivering person-centred care to residents at St Marys (Luton).

You will lead and train caregiving staff, develop care plans, and monitor safety and quality in daily practice to uphold high standards of care.

Qualifications

• As an Registered Nurse, you hold a valid NMC pin and will oversee clinical duties in the home.
• You will review and implement individualised care plans and provide clinical guidance to the team.
• You will ensure policies and standards meet high clinical requirements and support handovers.

Responsibilities

• Take responsibility for residents' wellbeing across physical, emotional and social needs.
• Coach and guide the care team with formal and informal teaching.
• Carry out assessments and develop/evaluate care plans for residents.
• Ensure safe practices and compliance with standards and legislation.
