Job summary

Mariposa Care Group is seeking an experienced RGN with an active NMC PIN to lead the care team on day shift at our Monitored location in the Leeds area. You will ensure the highest standard of nursing care and oversee resident wellbeing, working closely with senior management.

• Leading by example - You’ll proactively manage the care team, ensuring the highest standard of care and support is given to our residents.
• Person-centred care - Promote a culture of personalised care that always puts our residents first.
• Excellent nursing care - providing nursing care and interventions where needed.
• Team leadership - Motivate and support your team, ensuring everyone contributes to the smooth running of the home.
• Be a role model - Act as a role model for other clinical and care team members, always striving for excellence.
• Reporting - You’ll report directly to the Deputy Manager/Clinical Lead, keeping them in the loop on any important matters.
