Job summary

Mariposa Care Group is seeking a Registered Nurse for St Lukes care home in Leeds. You will lead the care team, deliver high-quality nursing care, and ensure residents receive compassionate, person-centred support.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example and oversee the care team to ensure the highest standards of resident care.
• Provide person-centred care and interventions where needed.

• Act as a role model for clinical and care teams with a commitment to excellence.
• Report to the Deputy Manager/Clinical Lead and keep them informed on important matters.

• Leading by example - You'll proactively manage the care team, ensuring the highest standard of care and support is given to our residents.

• Reporting - You'll report directly to the Deputy Manager/Clinical Lead, keeping them in the the loop on any important matters.
