Job summary

Mariposa Care Group is seeking a Registered Nurse for St Lukes care home in Leeds. You will lead the care team, deliver expert nursing and person-centred care to residents, and drive high standards of clinical practice.

We value leadership, compassion and a collaborative approach. The role includes reporting to the Deputy Manager/Clinical Lead and contributes to a supportive, patient-focused home environment.

Qualifications

• A qualified nurse with an active NMC PIN (RGN).
• Significant experience in elderly care or care home settings.
• Able to lead a clinical team and deliver person-centred care.

Responsibilities

• Lead the care team to ensure the highest standards of nursing care.
• Provide person-centred care and interventions as needed.
• Motivate and support the team to ensure smooth home operations.
• Be a role model for clinical and care staff and report to leadership.
• Maintain clear communication with Deputy Manager/Clinical Lead.
